Coverage Options

Everything I can put on a motor policy, with each section explained before you agree to it.

The cover I can build around your week

Every option below works alone or alongside the rest, so I can shape a policy that matches how your car is really used.

Everyday Road Cover

The core of every policy I write, sitting under the school run, the commute, the grocery stop and the drive you take without thinking.

Repair And Damage

A hail dent, a cracked bumper or a scrape in a parking bay should not swallow your month. I open the claim quickly and stay on the repair bill until it settles.

Extra Driver Cover

Add a partner, a teenager or a friend who borrows the car now and then, and I hold your terms in place while they are driving.

Third Party Liability

Damage you cause to somebody else's car or property sits at the heart of every motor policy I write. I show you the limits up front instead of leaving them in an appendix.

Theft And Fire

If your car is lifted off the driveway or caught by fire, I handle the report and tell you exactly what I need to back the claim.

Roadside Assistance

A dead battery on a cold morning or a flat tire far from home can sit inside the policy, so I arrange recovery without you holding a second contract.

Inside Every Policy

Some things I never change, whatever level you pick.

Levels differ and prices differ, but the way I write a policy does not. You get readable wording, an excess I say out loud, and a claim route I explain long before you need it.

  • An excess I tell you up front
  • Limits I write in plain speech
  • A claim route I set out early

Worth Considering

Extras that earn their place

I only suggest an optional section when it fits the way you actually use the car, so I weigh each one against your routine first.

Courtesy vehicle

Worth having when the car is your only way to reach work. It stops a repair turning into a week of borrowed rides while the workshop finishes.

Personal belongings

What you leave in the car often falls outside the main sections. Adding this closes a gap most people only notice after a break in.

Glass and windshield

A chip spreads fast once the cold sets in. Keeping glass on its own line usually leaves your main excess alone and gets the repair booked sooner.

Coverage Questions

Points worth clearing up first

Short answers to what people ask me most once they start putting cover levels side by side.

Yes. I can add or drop a section while the policy is running, and I charge from the date the change starts rather than for the whole year.

It is the slice of a claim you pay before my cover steps in. Raising it drops your premium, so I would rather set that balance with you than let it fall where it lands.

Only if I have that person named on the policy. Once they are on it, your terms follow them while they drive, which keeps a claim from turning into an argument.

I can move the policy across to your new car. I work the price out again from the new details, since repair costs and safety ratings rarely line up with the old one.

Pick Your Cover

Let me price the cover you actually need

Send me the car, the mileage and the names of everyone who drives it, and I will put a figure beside every section so none of it is guesswork.
